The President of AYSA, Matt Shiner, has setup an email account to be able to send
out up to the minute notifications to anyone that is in his AYSA distribution list.
If you would like to be notified at the time he makes a decision to cancel games,
have meetings, schedule registration dates, or any other news please email AYSAPresident@yahoo.com.
AYSA Monthly Meetings
Are held at the VFW on Roosevelt St in Acushnet on the third Monday of every month
at 7:30 PM, except for the August and April meetings.
All are invited to attend.
All of the meetings are not mandatory to attend. We do ask that the Head coach, assistant,
or a representative of the team to be at the April, August, and November meetings
as these are key dates in the season and a lot of info will be talked about at these
Missing any of these three meetings will result in a game suspension for all divisions.
NO Dogs, NO Smoking, & NO Parking in Fire Lanes at all games and practices.
NO ONE but the Coach, Assistant Coach, and Team Parent may be on the field at any
time. All Coaches and Team Parents need to be registered and CORI Checked.
We are always looking for volunteers. If you are interested please download & fill
out the volunteer registration forms (here) and CORI check form (here) and get it
back to us. If you have questions about volunteering, please contact us. A full list

We currently have committees comprised of board members and parents for, fundraising,
banquets, fields, and concessions. If you are interested in volunteering to serve
on any of these committees, please submit or email your letter of interest to the
President of AYSA.
