To complete the application, each candidate must:
□ Each candidate must complete and submit this Application for Scholarship and supporting documentation on or before July 1st.
□ Each Candidate must write and submit an essay of no more than 250-word essay (typed) about your experience with Acushnet Youth Soccer
and how it benefited you.
□ Each Candidate must have been a player registered with Acushnet Youth Soccer for at least 5 years.
□ Each Candidate must be a high school senior who will be attending college in the fall.
□ Must produce a transcript letter of acceptance to the college.
□ Each Candidate must obtain a high school GPA average of 3.0
All Applications for Scholarships, together with supporting documentation, must be submitted on or before July 1, 2025 by mail to:
